I bought the Reflex simulator and thought about getting the $22 Esky FMS controller to practice while deciding what helicopter and tx I'll buy but I was told that it might not work with Reflex since it's connected to the USB port.

I just started with helicopters and LiPos. Everything I read says not to discharge the batteries below 3 volts. How do I know when I've reached the cut off point?

The TX chews up batteries! If I get 8 ni-cads, the TX has a charge port, can I use my 120 volt-to-12 volt charger adapter (that plugs into the balance charger) to charge the TX batteries?

<Blade CP Pro> After a few boom strikes and assorted newbie tail slides the boom is taped up and weakened. I bought a new boom (and gearbox incase I need it.)
