Ok guys, how come the old helis would thump thump thump thump thump when
they flew overhead?
The newer ones sound just like planes, even in a hover.

Any twin rotor choppers out there?28 Mar 2007 20:30 GMT2
Being new to the hobby and having to wait for the snow to melt here in NH. I
am sitting here pondering the following question. Does anybody make a heli
with 2 main rotors like the "chinook" troop carriers?  I've never seen one
advertised?
Flying Real Helicopters26 Mar 2007 04:55 GMT14

How to determine kv rating20 Mar 2007 19:07 GMT4
I'm trying to build my own motor and I want to build it for a specific

the shaft to the ends as the shaft is rotated.

I shorted it out earlier today and burned the glass fuse and now I can hear
it buzz in a quiet room. Is that normal or did something else go besides
the fuse?
c of g question14 Mar 2007 09:24 GMT2
Just noticed after some mods that one of my old heli's has a 'C of G' about
3cm behind the mast.
It seems to fly fine to me but is there any reason why the 'C of G' should
be under or in front of the mast.

Can I test AR6100 with just transmitter?12 Mar 2007 02:19 GMT11
Is it possible to test AR6100 receiver without having anything other than
transmitter? I thought about powering it from a battery and using LED to
see if I'm getting a signal from the transmitter but I'm not sure how to
connect it.

I'm considering trying to loop my helicopter (Falcon 3D) and was
