Hey guys,
After surfing the web and gathering masses of info, I finally made up my
mind and bought and HPI Sprint RTR two weeks ago *crowd goes wild* :-)
The guy at my local hobbie shop told me it was really easy to assemble (RTR,
Novak Brushless - Points For/Against?11 Dec 2003 01:54 GMT12
I'd like to hear from anyone driving the new Novak 5800 SS brushless set-up.
I'm looking to install one in an old Losi truck.
Any reviews or first hand experience?
I see a lot of these units being sold with only a couple of runs on them.

Old Mardave Marauder problems10 Dec 2003 08:52 GMT3
I was given a new Marauder with an Irvine engine several years ago as a
Christmas present.  It was always a real pain to start with a silly 12v
motor that you had to hold against the flywheel underneath the car.  If you
hadn't run the engine for more than a week or so it took ages ...

Where to buy RC parts online09 Dec 2003 19:07 GMT8
I'd like some of your opinions about good websites to order RC parts.
So far I've only done business with Tower Hobbies.  But, Tower doesn't
carry everything and their prices are higher than some other RC
websites.
Newbie R/C  Buggie options09 Dec 2003 14:07 GMT5
Hi guys...
I am new to Nitro R/C cars and are after some advice on the purchase of a
new RC buggy.
At the moment I am looking at the HPI Nitro MT as a general fun type drive.
Crystal and Speed Control09 Dec 2003 14:00 GMT11
The radio that came with my Traxxas truck has a crystal in it that can be
removed easily. This frequency interferes with anothe truck I have. If I put
another crystal in it will the new crystal work with the ESC? Or do I have
to get a new ESC? Or does the ESC have a crystal too?
First R/C for my 13 year old brother08 Dec 2003 17:43 GMT3
I know you must get these kinds of questions a lot, so I apologize if it
seems repetitive.
What would you guys recommend for a 13 year old that knows very little
about R/C?  He won't be doing any racing - it's just for all-around fun.
Which is better07 Dec 2003 22:25 GMT3
Which is better a Tamiya TL-01, a TA-01 or a TB-01?
And quickly why?
Thanks

Losi Mini-T First Impression07 Dec 2003 16:22 GMT4
Picked my red Mini-T up from the LHS.
What a great truck!
For 150.00 (US), it's a great RC vehicle. For someone who might be a
first time "real RC truck" buyer this would be a great gift.
