I'd like to get a comm lathe. But, what's the difference between modified and stock? Obviously the stock one is for stock motors and the mod one is for mods, but, what's wrong with having one lathe for both? I'd like to be able to cut bothe, on one lathe.

I have had three speed controls quit on me. The throttle stops reponding completely, but, the steering still works? They are mostly novak speed controls-high end. Is there any way that I can fix these at home, or are they done? Any Ideas on how I can avoid this problem?

OK Guys; Need a hand here. Both of these kits are available newrby at very close to the same price. I have seen a few reviews that place the AMGT only slightly ahead of the Savage. But the Savage has a ton of extra stuff for it?
