A couple of the guys at work started talking toys on Monday and RC cars came up!! We are thinking gas power 1/10 scale, we want to just add gas and go but we are stymied on the RC10 or the Losi kits, they are the same price +/-. What

Ok have asked this before but dealing with IC cars, and my son has now decided that, as his local club only allow electric cars, this is the way to go. Again we have searched for kits, as he, and I look forward to building one

I noticed that the RC car field has quite a few 23x1 and 27x1 motors at very low prices ($15-20). These motors even have dual ball bearings and a drive shaft "flat" that I like instead of the round shaft of the Graupner Speed series

I'm just wondering, but is it possible to fit a 7-cell hump battery in an electric TC3? I realize that one would say..."why bother?" or "Get a flat pack." My question comes out the lack of funds to buy another pack, and the fact that I already have two quality hump 7-cells.

Looking for the best price on a Revo or Losi LST. I know what Tower is selling the Revo for but I suspect there may a better price, also they don't even sell the Losi LST. Has anyone seen any good prices on either of these anywhere?

The first Model EXPO 2004 (at the NEC) was really good, with lots of live action. When the word gets around, there will be lots more exhibitors next year - and then it will be really, really great.
