A couple of the guys at work started talking toys on Monday and RC cars came
up!!
We are thinking gas power 1/10 scale, we want to just add gas and go but we
are stymied on the RC10 or the Losi kits, they are the same price +/-.  What

Ok have asked this before but dealing with IC cars, and my son has now
decided that, as his local club only allow electric cars, this is the way to
go.

I noticed that the RC car field has quite a few 23x1 and 27x1 motors
at very low prices ($15-20). These motors even have dual ball bearings
and a drive shaft "flat" that I like instead of the round shaft of the

I need to know how many copper shim I have to install. With one the motor
works (most powerfull that  with traxxas head) only for 1/2 minutes and shut

I'm just wondering, but is it possible to fit a 7-cell hump battery in an
electric TC3?  I realize that one would say..."why bother?" or "Get a flat
pack."  My question comes out the lack of funds to buy another pack, and the
fact that I already have two quality hump 7-cells.

    Looking for the best price on a Revo or Losi LST.  I know what Tower is
selling the Revo for but I suspect there may a better price, also they don't
even sell the Losi LST.  Has anyone seen any good prices on either of these

I am restoring my Kyosho Ultima and the spring stoppers are broken.  I need
them or perhaps new shocks.  I have already contacted Kyosho and Tower
hobbies.  They don't have the part for me.  Any help is appreciated.

I was recently looking at getting a new Nitro Rustler. I don't know if
I should get a Rustler or a T-Maxx. There are mostly roads and gravel

The first Model EXPO 2004 (at the NEC) was really good, with lots of live
action. When the word gets around, there will be lots more exhibitors next
year - and then it will be really, really great.

I've just taken my new (well, new to me anyway) Schumacher Menace to the
local carpark and opened it up - OH MY GOD!!! I knew it would be quick but
it didn't even get out of 2nd gear and was almost flying past me - It's

Any of you run on very dusty surface. Thick dust on top of hard dirt not
bluegroove though.. What tread pattern have you used to hook-up on it?
