| Advice needed on touring tires | 11 Sep 2004 20:32 GMT | 1 |
Just bought a pair of Yokomo GT-4 RTR cars. The tires burned off in about 10 runs. Can anyone suggest a tire that holds up better with about the same profile or maybe a dirt cheap tire that last about as long. I'm going to go poor just putting tires on these cars.

| 3300 battery maintenance | 10 Sep 2004 19:27 GMT | 4 |
M78Ultra's battery thread got me thinking. There's lots of info out there on how to handle GP3300, and Sanyo 3300 cells. I see people at the track using top end 500.00(US) chargers, and many others using 175.00 chargers and cycling battery packs, placing

| Laptop power supply for battery chargers? | 09 Sep 2004 11:16 GMT | 16 |
Has anyone tried using a 15V laptop power supply to operate their battery charger instead of a car battery or regular power supply? I have a couple of these laying around, but I don't want to fry my charger. Thanks.

| Best RC Truck | 09 Sep 2004 09:06 GMT | 26 |
Sorry if this is a loaded question. Currently, I am into RC Airplanes and RC Helis and wanted to get a RC truck of some kind as well. For the 'beginner' RC truck enthusiast, what is the best all-in-one kit? I was in a hobby store that had a few that were all around $400

I got an Emaxx yesterday, what a machine! My question is that the directions say I can use seven batteries per motor to make it significantly faster and to go to the Traxxas website to see how this is done. I can't find this info there. Any suggestions would stoke

What the hell? Just a few years back there was dozens of posts daily! With the advent of many new vehicles on the market one would assume that this newsgroup would thrive? Are newsgroups dead? Are the message boards killing the usenet? The area i live in now,no ISP's offer any

Don't ever put your plans for the day on the net. Soon as I said I was going to go break something, it started to rain. What an unlucky break for Labor Day. I will live to bash another day.
