| question about battery chargers | 30 Mar 2006 13:55 GMT | 3 |
I have a question about recharging NiMH batteries for my R/C car. (I have a DuraTrax Evader ST RTR.) Is it really all that important to discharge the batteries before charging them? What happens if you don't? The reason I ask is because I want to buy DuraTrax's twin pulse

I know its a silly question, but I missed it when it was new, got out of the hobby around 1990, and just bought one on ebay without knowing too much about the car. I've gathered a little from the web, but it's damn hard to get much detail. I'm wondering first of all if any

Yep thats right starting with the MAY 2006 issue RCCA becomes TCCA rather Traxxas Contolled Car Action. To further show that RCCA bows to Traxxas they devoted 16 pages and once again the cover to traxxas products and 3 of the seven "ReadersRides" .

| Why is the Traxxas T-maxx so popular? | 23 Mar 2006 17:25 GMT | 4 |
I have seen more powerful, solid and durable other trucks then the t-maxx for almost the same price. But the t-maxx is still owned by the majority of RC people, plus you need to put at least $300 extra to the original price to make it reliable a little.

| Question about Traxxas <not flame baiting!> | 19 Mar 2006 17:42 GMT | 13 |
Ok, this is truly not a flame-baiting post looking to bash Traxxas stuff, but.................... Why does Traxxas refuse to release a vehicle with a big block as stock equipment? The new 3.3 is still a smallblock. A low-compression, low

| Good advice | 17 Mar 2006 21:43 GMT | 2 |
Thanks everyone for the good information, I was leaning toward the REVO until I heard some of your comments. The Savage sound like the best option, giving the fact that no one likes to be constantly repairing/replacing..............
