Dual battery, dual motor rotostart?08 Apr 2006 03:17 GMT1
Dudes,
I know I've seen one before.  It looked almost identical to the HPI and OFNA
rotostarters, but took (2) 6 cell stick packs and was driven by (2) 540 or
550 sized motors.  It was either Hot Bodies or OFNA that made it.  Can
novak ss+ with 5800, thermal overload quickly, normal?07 Apr 2006 16:30 GMT3
I have the Novak Super Sport Plus kit that came with their 5800 motor,
and run it in my stampede with 87/23 gearing. I run it with 6 cell
3800mAh Intellect packs, and it never cogs or hesitates. I'm not sure
if the problem is my gearing, or something else.

Exauste manifold temps04 Apr 2006 18:01 GMT8
I shoot the running temp on my RB concepts engine straight down the
middle of the head, same as my other engines. With an ambient of 60
degrees, the truck runs about 250/260 ,good smoke, power etc. I happened
to shoot the exauste manifold about 3/4 " out from the engine, and saw
Nitro Buzz03 Apr 2006 03:44 GMT12
Well, got my Nitro Buzz on today.  It's the first time I've been able to run
my vehicles in about a year and a half.  Got that Nitro smell in my
nose......smelling it everywhere today.  Tried out some new fuel today.  It
was O'Donnell 20% R2R.  Seemed to run quite well.  I've ...
How often do you change Conrod?03 Apr 2006 03:18 GMT7
I was told that the Conrod needs to be changed fairly often in nitro
engines, as often as every 1-1/4 gallon. I am just wondering how often
the people here do so. . . Thanks. .. .
