Model Brands Home Page/Links Page15 Apr 2004 01:40 GMT5

Italeri could definitely need a MAJOR website redesign).
Request for Comments (RFC) : TR1609 - Trumpeter Tupolev Tu-142MR Bear-J Reconnaissance14 Apr 2004 23:20 GMT1

Are Harrison M250/M300s always noisy?14 Apr 2004 21:02 GMT1
I'm in the market for one to replace my pristine but now-too-small Myford
S7.  The belt-drive Super 7 is whisper quiet by comparison with the
Harrisons I've seen. Does anyone own such a thing as a quiet M250 or M300
(or the Bantam badged version)? And if so do you want to ...

Is Trumpeter repopping another kit or are these new?
Nice to see a casualty figure for a change. Interesting set of poses,
one guy just got hit, another is about to advance, one is looking the
other way and the other is just standing....
Proportional dividers14 Apr 2004 20:27 GMT5
Does any one have a source of new or used proportional dividers at a decent
price -- they cost $50 new in some places, but there must be a lower cost
source.  Anyone?

ER 20 Collets14 Apr 2004 11:58 GMT4
I've seen an auction for "ER 20 collets".   What does "ER' mean?
Would they fit my Myford ML7 lathe?

Shizuoka Hobby Show 200414 Apr 2004 06:35 GMT16
Boring boring boring, model companies are in the slumps in Japan, with
the Chinese producing such cheap kits of all the popular subjects. So
is Shizuoka going to be a complete flop?
Well, of course not, lots of clubs are present, leading to great
