Just got back from Berkeley Ace Hardware with four neat 1/72 diecast pickup
trucks. One is a GMC Sierra with King Cab, the other is a Ford F150.Each is
available in CDF or USFS colors and markings. They come in blister packets from
Boley for $7.99 each.

During home remodeling, ESM 72 deadlines and going through the now six linear
feet of books and magazines to be processed I emptied a few boxes that had been
in storage for several years.
In one I found a Heller MS.225 that I had almost finished about thirty years

Picked up an AMT 1/48 S3 viking on the weekend. Price was great and
included Paragon wing fold and wheels, Eduard (sp?) PE, black box
cockpit, easy mask set and Aeromaster decals. Got it home, and the

I think I have found out exactly what it is: soot...exhaust soot.
I ran some Windex over the copper paint, and with a scourer started removing
what looked like black paint, now I knew I have not sprayed any black paint
here since the copper went on and given the amount of `dust` the ...

Can anyone help me with the two following problems
I am modelling a Mk24 Spitfire from Sqn80 at Kie Tak Hong Kong during the

to hang a couple of Martels off the outboard pylons (rather than the kit

I needed gunmetal paint to paint the engine in a car.
In the photo on the box, the engine is a shiny silver-grey, which is
what I thought gunmetal was. I bought Testors model master gunmetal
