Mohawk decals in 1:4816 Jun 2004 16:18 GMT7
Any chance of some aftermarket for my lovely new Roden kit, do you think?
The decals are rather badly out of register on the red. Surely those nice
TwoBobs or Albatros chaps could find some funky artwork on some Vietnam
vintage OV-1?

For a *limited* period I am having my Croatian Canadair CL-215/415

Shuns,etc. - returning this NG to sanity.16 Jun 2004 09:59 GMT6
One advantage of the proposed shun is that the group of
prominent infantile attention seekers (in the main, Stevenson,
Blackmore, Jeffery, Heapy, Nellwood & Howard) will, perhaps,
now behave in a more mature manner befitting a public discussion
Diehead threading question16 Jun 2004 09:29 GMT10
Something that maybe Tim Leech could answer, but I'm curious:
The Coventry Dieheads have two settings, a roughing and a finishing size. This

Battle of Midway16 Jun 2004 07:41 GMT4
I hit a Best Buy the other day and they had a bin of cheap DVD's and
among them was the Discovery Channel's program on the Midway Action. If
you are looking for reference material this has some beautiful clips if
you have a dvd player that will allow still views. There is one of a

NEC show15 Jun 2004 21:36 GMT3
Anyone any idea of the likely model engineering content at the advertised
NEC show in July?
Is it Nexus trying to reinstate their show held at Ally Pally that included
model engineering, toy soldiers, cars, planes and other crafts etc.?
Heller kits: soft plastic?15 Jun 2004 18:33 GMT15
Hi.  I just had a bad experience with a kit by Heller models (looks to
be a French company).  It was a 1/72 P-51 Mustang (I have a lot of
cheapo WW2 era 1/72 kits from various countries in my kit closet.
It's fun to just go through one and do it in one weekend.  Squadron

Lamborghini  Miura - Hasegawa ?15 Jun 2004 09:11 GMT1
Bonjour,
Can anyone tell me wether the Lamborghini Miura P400 SV from Hasegawa
(#21213 , Historic Car series 13) has a separate detailled engine or
not (i.e. 'curb side') ?

of the 1 1/2 Strutters so unlikely there is an after market decal
