I need to machine a square aluminium bar on one side such that it will sit
flush with a 20mm OD stainless tube when placed parallel against the tube.
I am thinking of buying a 20mm diameter ball nosed slot drill (bnsd) and
milling the bar using this to form a semi circular channel ...

Went to my lathe this morning - six month old chuck covered with surface rust,
in less than 12 hours, arrgh !  I only use neat cutting oil & not had any dodgy

I've seen Tamiya and Hasagawa kits advertised on ebay that go for great prices.

Hey all!
A few questions re:  Resin Kits.  I've purchased a few kits and some modi-
fication parts along the way and am preparing to delve into my first resin
kit.

I'm into modeling too and as you know Johnson Future Wax isn't available in
Europe. I know there are "equivalents" but they aren't the same.
So my question is if anyone is willing to send me one? Ofcourse I'll pay for
every cost made.

Does anyone know if there is a commercial version of a model of either of
the great flying wings, the B-35 and the B-49, of the 40s and 50s that one
can make.  If not does anyone know of a source for reasonably accurate specs
that one could make a model from?
