1/24-1/25 '71 Plymouth GTX04 Jun 2004 03:40 GMT12
Can anyone confirm that Revell or Monogram did a 1/24 or 1/25 1971 Plymouth
GTX?  I'm normally a 1/43 sportscar modeller, so I'm a little out of my depth
here.

JU8804 Jun 2004 02:45 GMT11
Is the Revell / Italeri JU88 kit from the same mold?  Throw the Airfix kit into
the equation, and which is the better early version of the aircraft?
Cheers

Review: Grabhandler - new tool from Mission Models02 Jun 2004 23:44 GMT11
I have just put a review of the new Grabhandler tool from Mission Models on
my web site. The tool is designed to easily and quickly create grab handles
for your models, but has many more uses than that. Read more here:

For those who have the old Hawk F5A stashed away for a future attempt
at building, give it to the Church rummage sale and go get the new
Classic Airframes kit. I picked one up from Chris Mikesh yesterday and
it is everything the old Hawk kit isn't. Of course, the Hawk molds are

ID British tank in Patton movie - help02 Jun 2004 17:32 GMT3
In the newreel section around D-Day part of the movie there is film of
the Brits driving thru a town in what looks like a tank with no turret.
It looked too big to be a Universal carrier. The driver?, etc seemed to
be sticking his head out of a round hatch.
Hawker Tornado (WW II )02 Jun 2004 17:02 GMT5
Hi all, I'm trying to find some good data on the Roll Royce Vulture engined
Hawker Tornado. I have different sources stating the length of this aircraft
to be 32 feet 6 inches or 32 feet 10 inches. Does anyone here know which is
correct?
