| [Q] Fujimi's 1/72 A-6 and EA-6A? | 16 Aug 2004 21:23 GMT | 4 |
How are these kits? I understand that they have recessed panel lines, but no wingfold like the italeris. Is the detail on par with Hasegawa products, or is it better (like in the cockpit?)

| F-4F to F-4EJ? | 16 Aug 2004 05:48 GMT | 8 |
I've got the Revell/Hasegawa F-4F 1:48 kit, but the decals are ruined. I do, however, have a sheet of rather nice F-4EJ (Pre 'Kai') decals. Can any of the Phantom experts out there tell be how much work would be involved in converting the F-4F to an F-4EJ, beyond taking it from a ...

Been working on the Tamiya Zero, and was wondering about weathering, particularly for Dec 7. I've seen pics of various Japanese aircraft that look like they've been through a sandstorm, but as I recall, these were all painted dark green, not the gray I plan to use, and I don't know ...

Parted with my £24.99 at Argos in Falkirk today and left the shop with a surprisingly big box (60cmx35cmx11cm) containing the Airfix version of the QMII kit. Presentation of the packaging is very good indeed, with a nice painting on the top and photographs of the ship's interior ...

| Inexpensive Sherman interior? | 14 Aug 2004 23:15 GMT | 4 |
I'm doing a 1/35 diorama of an M4A3 75mm (from the Tamiya kit) face-to-face with an M7 Priest (Italeri) on a one lane road, with both crews checking their maps and arguing over which of them is lost. Since all the crew hatches on the Sherman will be open, I need some interior
