The Tamiya Tiger I kit directions call for "German Grey" for the overall grey

the overall grey Tiger I?

Paint question18 Sep 2004 02:59 GMT1
In the literature I got from Testors last year.  It says to invert the
bottles of paint to prevent air from getting in.
Do they mean before or after one has opened them?  If it's before, then why
aren't they sold like that?

source for a reasonably accurate fuselage for this conversion? I know the

Being new to model engineering I was wondering what the concensus is on
the need for all the various gauges of drill?
Do I really need numbers and letters if I have metric and imperial?
According to my Model Engineers Handbook (Tubal Cain) it seems I don't
Decals question...17 Sep 2004 13:01 GMT19

original decals from computer printed ones?  For example, if someone wanted to
sell me an original decal sheet supposedly from a 1970's kit, how can I tell
that it is actually from the the 70's and not just some ...

not what it's for).
Has anyone used the 'Professional Precision' airbrush they manufacture
