I'm looking for information on colours applied to pre-WW2 US aircraft and
would be grateful for any help that anyone could offer.
I want to start work on a series of 1/72 scale kits including the Boeing
P-12e and P-26, Curtiss P-6e, Boeing F4B-4 and Curtiss F11C-2.  The main

General model engineering usage ie boilers and fabrication.
With British Gas Oxy-acetylene set-ups costing more than an arm and a
leg, what is the best alternative?
What are those small O/A and Oxy-gas kits like, and cost of

I was at my hobby store, Johnny's Toys, Cincinnati, OH, this afternoon and the
clerk in the hobby department was pulling some plastic model kits off the
shelf.  They were to be put in a locked glass case.  WHY?

I would like to introduce myself. I been modeling for 1 year now after
taking a twenty year break. This is my latest finished model. I hope you

went to testors web site to get a replacement windscreen for my italeri

an artists set. this set includes 72 paints, tubes of oil, acrylic,watercolor,

after putting the decals on a tiger tank, and getting everything "perfect",
several months go by and i realize that they are the wrong tank numbers.  how
do you remove decals without ruining the the paint.  I would rather keep the
wrong numbers than put a knife and scrape it off.  ...

Just in case no one noticed in the September Squadron Flyer, Squadron is
now offering a vac replacement canopy for the 1/32 Trumpter A-10.
Haven't seen one, but I have two on order...and it seems they are still
cleaned out of the 1/32 Mig-15 ones.

seems like a nice kit but a bit spartan. any mods or add ons
for it.

Which is the "best" GR4 Tornado kit in 1/48th and 1/72nd scales?

Post on hyperscale says that WB is closing, WB website says they are closing
due to illness. Damn and i was looking forward to the 1/48 Sirius.....
