JESUS CHRIST WENT TO THE CROSS SO YOU CAN GO TO HEAVEN - The good news is that God came from Heaven to earth in the person of Jesus Christ over 2000 years ago and died for our past, present and future sins(misdeeds). He was born in the land of Israel supernaturally to a virgin Jewish woman named Mary. He lived a sinless life for thirty-three years and then sacrificed His sinless blood and died on a cross to pay the death penalty for our sins.....14 Feb 2005 01:24 GMT21
Good News!
Do you know how simple it is to go to Heaven after this
life has ended?

Do artists get royalties from kits featuring their art?13 Feb 2005 23:28 GMT2
Or do they get theirs all up front? Same question goes for those plate
artists that illustrate reference books.  Just wondering what scale they
work on and how much it contributes to kit costs. That and I'm curious how
much that line of work pays.
why are many new posts replies ?13 Feb 2005 16:59 GMT13
Is there something wrong with this ng, or is it my pc, but users replies are
appearing as new posts. This is useless as they are out of context without
the rest of the thread, like finding the last chapter of a book without the
rest.
Chinese milling machine13 Feb 2005 12:48 GMT2
Does anyone have any exp. of using this pattern of machine, I looked
at something like it a few years ago and the quality was terrible.
However I looked at one yesterday and for the money I was very
impressed, the machined dovetails etc are all hand scraped and it

Thanks in advance,

Resin epoxy failure question13 Feb 2005 02:20 GMT3
I was moving a large white vinyl figure, (18 inches Captain America,
cheap recast from Thailand, unpainted) and the arms came off. I had
assembled the kit a few years ago.
Trying to figure out why the epoxy failed.  Is the 1:1 ratio crucial? I
taper question13 Feb 2005 01:50 GMT2
I have a shaft and quill(?) with some rather nice and solid bearings -
runout is unnoticeable on a 0.002 mm dial gauge - which I want to reuse for
a home-made mill.
It has a male taper on one end, I think it may have come from a pillar

Is this another one of Dragon's "Luft 46" style kit - where maybe one
or two of the subject was made or just sketched on a piece paper.....
or are they trying to broaden the types of subjects actually used in
How bloody weird is that?12 Feb 2005 23:03 GMT3
So I set up my account with J&L to get this special 8.04mm reamer for making
bronze valve guides with on the lathe and placed an order for that and a
bunch of other stuff. Yesterday I'm making a tool out of mild steel and
break my 10mm tap. No big surprise there. It was part of a ...
