I have been back into scale modelling for a couple of years now, and was
thinking about trying out one of the photoetch detail sets. I was wondering
if anyboby had some opinions about where to start.  I have never even looked
at one so I know almost nothing about them.

I recently bought a 1:6 scale F-1 car on E-bay.
The tires had severe flatspots (RaceKing 284).
does anyone know where I can get replacements or better yet find a better
wheel and tire that will fit this car?

Also in the March issue of FSM is an article on vacuforming canopies.  I'm
guessing, that the author was thikning of mainly replacing damaged
vacuform canopies with one(s) that the model builder made themselves.

I just received a copy of the Nemo's Car kit from Hobbylink Japan and

sprayed rattle can clear on rattle can silver on wood a few days apart.
