I am working on restoring the old Revell Costeau's Calypso kit, and have
disassembled & stripped the paint offf of one that I built about 25 years
ago.  Needless to say the decals dissolved with the paint.
If anyone has this kit in their collection, can they scan the decal sheet ...

Please can anybody help?
I have bought a Myford ML4 based turret lathe to recondition.
The collet, of which I have one sample, are push to close, i.e. the small diameter of the
taper is at the front of the collet.

OK- I have an Airfix 1/24 Hurricane coming and I would like to use the
Techmod 303 (Polish) Sq. decals- any opinions or warnings?

they were quite infamous a few months back here on RMS.
they still knocking on doors in the middle of the night for your
Sikorsky stash or have they gotten a dose of common sense and calmed
down about their name?

For the last few days RMS has not only appeared n a fracton of the actual
posts, now most of them are weeks old.

Hi. I'm in the mood for a large-scale Spitfire MkI and am wondering
which kit, Airfix or Trumpeter, is the "best". I know "best" is a
loaded word. I'm not necessarily speaking of perfect fit; rather, I'm
interested in good detail, shape and surface molding (panels, etc). I

I am selling my collection of over 200 kits. I am not  going to stop
building but pretty much have to thin out the collection.

Large collection of unmade and part made pastic model kits for sale. Diverse
range from Airfix 'Classic Ships' range to a 1964 'Aurora' Buffalo. Some
boxes damaged, others like new. Also a fair number of diecast miniatures,

In the 1960's my brother used a glue that I can't seem to find anymore.
 It was a copperish colored glue that dried very hard on balsa models.
I am sure it was toxic as heck.
I recently got a large balsa kit that I want to put together but
