anyone out there who has (color) photos of  "Pussy Galore" F-105's???

    The other night, I'm shooting my Trumpeter M1A2.  I preshaded the model
with Floquil Grimey Black and followed up with an over-thinned (approx.
3/5 thinner-to-paint ratio) Model Master enamel US Army Desert Sand.  As
I am getting closer to the preshaded areas, I was trying to ...

Is there any way to cut a 1/8 BSPT thread apart from a taper turning
attachment or a CNC lathe? (dies are no good as it isn't exactly a
standard thread form -close to 1/8 BSPT  but not quite).  Just fishing
to see if anyone has any bright ideas that I've missed.

I have the Italeri 1/35 M109A2, and recall something years ago about the
barrel being all wrong. Can anyone shed light on the problem?
I mean if it doesn't involve the muzzle brake (carefully spelled), I don't
see anything that can't be fixed before the sections are joined ...

I need some help. Does anyone have the list of winners from the last
2004 IPMS region 2 show in Gaithersburg? I can't find my list of the

I'm building the Academy P47_N out of the box ( nose art JERRY)
The olive drab I can work out and the NMF ,but what shade of yellow was used
on this bird?
I'm thinking trainer yellow ,but I'm not sure ,could be it chrome yellow .

Can anyone address the pro's and cons of the two 1/48 P-40E kits on the
market? (The AmTech with the corrected fuselage and the recent release
from Haseawa). Thanks in advance.

Rory, I found those prototype doors if you decide you need them.  Of six
windows three have 'glass' in them.

I am using an Iwata Eclipse double action brush that I use with Createx
water based paints and cannot seem to get consistent patterns from the
brush.The brush will spray great, stop, spray, or only spray when the
nozzle is nearly wide open! Opaque colors spray better than the pearls

Question as title :  can anyone here recommend a good lubricant for
(hand) tapping small (M2) holes in brass ?  Any other points worthy of
note also appreciated (I already know "be careful" :-)  .

Just to let ya all know.  Had to take my Grandmother in yesterday for her
schduled nephrostomy.  She tolerated it well, and is back home.  We go
back on Monday for an operation on her bladder to remove a mass that is
preventing her right kidney from draining, and is probably more ...

I was watching this auction today and almost got into the bidding, but it zoomed
