IMC Gulf-Weyer GT4024 Feb 2005 03:32 GMT1
I just picked up an old IMC 1/25 scale Gulf-Weyer GT-40 (LeMans,
1968-69), and it is without instructions (which I knew when I bought
it).  Would anyone out there happen to have a set they can copy and
send to me?  Thanks.

Question for y'all "bigtime" eBay sellers23 Feb 2005 19:23 GMT3
I recently started selling on eBay, mainly to clear out some excess.
When listing kits, I still only list in 1 category. I'm wondering if
you big sellers know or think it's worth an extra category. An example,
if I'm listing an airplane, I put it in the models, "air" section.
If you guys were wondering how my date went23 Feb 2005 17:16 GMT17
It went great, better than i thought..........
She mentioned how the English usually usually thought of her, and i told her
what i thought, and after it turned out she said her fave city was Dresden
and then of course i mentioned how new it was.

Ki-84 etched fret23 Feb 2005 07:34 GMT4
The Dragon etched fret for the Hasegawa Ki-84 rolled in in today's
mail. Contains seat belts, a "crank handle" for the side of the cockpit,
a screen for the carburetor intake, and two parts I haven't figured out
yet. Not much, but it served to get Dragon a mailing list entry.

1.  Hope this is the right group to ask (if not what group).
2.  I have a very old model boat and I wonder if it is worth restoring.
3.  Would like to show it to someone in San Diego (I will not ship it).
4.  It is missing some parts and the rigging is rotten.  I think the
flat belt.23 Feb 2005 07:30 GMT3
I have an old flat belt lathe thats been driven with a belt made from a
length of conveyor I 'found' when a local brickyard shut in 1979. I
need another belt and as it has always slipped I recon proper belt is
in order. any one got 80" of 3" belt?
Paint question23 Feb 2005 04:07 GMT2
Once again I'm turning to all of you for input. I'm searching for what
might be considered the most ideal brush-applicable white paint.
I've used basic Testors enamel white, with decent results, but never got
more than halfway done with a bottle before it got gummy.
Resin Chevy/GMC Suburban23 Feb 2005 00:28 GMT1
I am looking a supplier of both an 80's and 90's 1/24-1/25 scale
resin Chevy/GMC Suburban. I used to have a link to a company that
had them, but cannot find it.
Any help would be appreciated.

Opinions on new Czechmaster 1/72 Buccaneer (per Hannants site)22 Feb 2005 20:43 GMT1
Coincidently I noticed this announcement on the Hannants site after
posting a grovel/petition thread here about a fictitious injection
molded release from a mainstream manufacturer.  No price or details and
I have never seen a kit from this manufacturer.  I poked around and saw
