Thanks,

We have been looking at various accessories and 'goodies' for the new Beaver
mill, and have had lots of 'nudges' from the more knowledgeable on the newsgroup
(received with thanks!)
We did get a lot of stuff when Bob West closed his workshop down, so have
Cobra Company source21 Mar 2005 14:30 GMT2
Anyone know of an online retailer for Cobra Company? I need only one
resin set and their minimum shipping charge of $15.00 for overseas
customers is quite steep: it is as much as the value of the resin!
I'd rather buy in Europe, but any shop is good as long as it has a big

Change gear identification - help please21 Mar 2005 13:21 GMT6
I have a mystery change gear that I am trying to identify. It is 20DP,
5/8" thick, 1 1/4" bore and 1/4" keyway. Anyone know what it fits, as
with such a big bore, this sets a lower limit on the smallest gear in
the set?

Hyperscale site.
Are there any other quality sites out there?  Looking for sites with
good kit reviews (WW2 Aviation is my preference), and photo galleries
2003 Ford GT?21 Mar 2005 11:32 GMT3
Group,
Is there a kit for the 2003/2004 Ford GT yet, or is there a company that
will be releasing it at sometime in the near future? All I can seem to find
is the Mk.I-IV Ford GT40 LeMans from the late 1960s.

Another Try21 Mar 2005 04:30 GMT1
Sorry folks!
Since I have posted here before, I thought might be safe to try again,

I'll wait and see if my last attempt to reply finally arrives before I
Hundreds of tiny holes to fill21 Mar 2005 03:18 GMT9
So, I bought Trumpeter's 1/24 Spitfire Mk.Vb. It's nicely molded,
except the wings and fuselage are covered with tiny recessed dimples
(holes). Not molding mistakes per se; Trumpeter did this intentionally.
But, I sure don't see these things in any of the Spitfire books I have,
Matra Apache/BAe Storm Shadow21 Mar 2005 03:12 GMT7
Anybody has a pointer to a decent photo of the thingie, particularly of
the top and the wingfold area ?
I'm having problems with Revell's instructions and a bunch of tiny
plastic bits strongly disagreeing on what should be glued where...
