| Nose Art | 18 Mar 2005 20:53 GMT | 1 |
I am trying to locate the nose art for the B-17 "She-Hasta", 100th BG, 351 Squadron. My Uncle was the Pilot and co-pilot for that B-17. It was shot down and he was a POW. Made it out safely though. I am building a 1/144 scale B-17G for his son and would like to have the Nose Art ...

| Cleaning Klear from my airbush - UK question | 18 Mar 2005 10:29 GMT | 5 |
I use Klear to give everything a gloss coat before I put decals onto anything. However, I am not sure what to use to clean the airbrush. I know that the recommendation is Windowlene because of the ammonia. However, I am not sure that the current window cleaning products

I am in the process of building a 1/72 Airfix Sea Hawk and am using the article that appeared in a recent UK mag (can't remember which one as I tear the pages out) about a Classic Airframes 1/48 Sea Hawk. Along with the article there was some pain jobs including one for the

| Beware the Ides of March... | 18 Mar 2005 03:39 GMT | 7 |
At the very least, run the other way if you're approached by a group of men in togas. Which come to think of it, is probably pretty good advice on any given day. Too bad this isn't a drinking holiday like May 5th. Anybody able to bring this on topic? Working on a trireme or ...

I am new to the group- and maybe this has been discussed before. Last year I bought 25 sheets of BEL water slip decal paper for laser printers. The first sheet I fed into my HP1200 printer tore the soft roller on the

| Italeri 1/48 Grippen | 17 Mar 2005 23:03 GMT | 5 |
Just got this kit and in the box it looks beautiful. But as we know this can be somewhat misleading. I remember what I thought when I first looked at the F-18E and F-18F, looked good in the box but afterwards, well you all know what I mean. Anyway does anyone have any experience
