Are the Cutting Edge F-104S intakes for the Hasegawa G noticably larger in diameter or longer than the G/S kit intakes? Do they have a different inlet spike? I can't tell the G/S intake differences in photos, and I'm quite happy

just saw that Trumpeter's Corsair and Lightning are also released by Hobby Craft. What is the purpose of a kit being released at the same time by two different companies? All I can see are different decals and the HC kit may be a little cheaper. Other than that .....

scored one for short money. looks like a nice little kit. but.....what scale is it? any caveats or add ons? i also found a tamy kv-2 for cheap. only wish was for better tracks, AMPSone, any switches i can pull?

Cruising by the Longmont, Colorado, Hobby Lobby when no 50% sale was running, I noticed for the first time plastic kits by Trumpeter that were not packaged under the Hobbycraft label. Seen were ..... 1/25th Chevy Belair and Nova cars (in large boxes for the scale)

Just sighted a report that the Polar Lights 1/350 scale model of the Refit Enterprise has arrived. Starship Modeler has it on their site. So I guess you scifi fans out there are being like the Boy Scouts, BE PREPAIRED! I am waiting the last day of the month to get mine though.

Is there a paint, that would be easily available from diy superstores, suitable for painting machines with. Not too bothered about an exact match for colour, any old grey would do. Regards
