Has anybody here delt with these before? I ordered some stuff from them and
they got the order wrong, now they don't seem to want to answer my e-mails.
Anybody here had the same problem? Will have to ring them tomorrow and have
a stern word.

1/144 modern pilots?02 May 2005 23:57 GMT4
Is anyone aware of a 1/144 seated modern jet fighter pilot that could go in
a Swiss Hawker Hunter?
Separate or part of a 1/144 kit, doesn't matter.
Thanks!
Chinese Lathes02 May 2005 11:00 GMT20

Putting variable speed control on would add I think £200 - £300 ish.  I
OT?  eBay statistics02 May 2005 09:53 GMT2
We haven't beat this horse for awhwile.  Little eBay factoids were printed
in today's Huntsville (AL) Times.
Percent of auctions won in the last minute---15.  Now, we all know the
sniper vs non-sniper argument.  Must be most of the snipers buy models.

Academy Parts?02 May 2005 05:59 GMT5
It was necessary for me to put my 1/72 Academy P-51 Mustang "North
Africa" on the "back burner" for a month. Now that I want to finish it,
I've evidently lost the cannon barrels. Does anyone know if it's
possible to order/purchase replacement parts for Academy kits?
Who has the New 1701-A Re-Fit or is Waiting for One02 May 2005 03:44 GMT12
How many folks here have already managed to get the New Enterprise
1701-A re-fit.  Or if not how many are waiting to get it.  If you do
what do you think of this Kit , everyone says that it's just such so
Huge.  I'm going to see if I can pick one up for the weekend at the Big

Iraq Car Bomb Vehicles ?01 May 2005 21:30 GMT15
what is usually being driven/blown up in Iraq?
guess a 1/32 scale would work too for a 1/35 diorama as I would
obviously not be using too many of the parts.

A10 Grey01 May 2005 09:37 GMT2
I am about to build a Tamiya A-10 Warthog. I am adding in the Eduard
photo etch set and the Two Bobs Bagram decals.
My question is, as I have to order the paint on line, the Bagram
decals seem to be in low viz grey. Does anyone have either an
Blimey!01 May 2005 07:47 GMT11
When I got the Chipmaster, John S. very kindly helped me out with a VFD,
motor and two step pulley, because the mechanical variator was FUBARed.
