the kit comes with clear plastic cylinders to support the model. has anyone started it yet to determine if it would be possible to install a rigid "V" shaped support that could fit in engineering section and have the vertical parts of the "v" go up the nacelle

Has anyone else noticed the big price increase at Model Expo for wooden ship models? The last model I got there was the "Independance" by Artesania Latina, that sold for about $75. Other kits in the same category are now priced at close to $200 less than a year later. They

I'm building an 1/72nd OOB Academy A-10 Thunderbolt II. I would like to paint this model in yellow primer just like those seen in one of the first pictures in the Color & Markings book on the A-10. But what colour combination would work for the primer paint?
