All, I've read the rec.models.scale FAQ and the discussion on primer (FAQ Part 17, "What is primer? Do I have to use it on my models?") and it pretty much states that priming is an individual choice.

Metric conduit taps are all 1.5 mm pitch, but is eg a 16mm conduit tap the same as a standard M16 x 1.5 mm tap? A 16 x 1.5 mm tap (with another useful tap) went for £2.00 on Ebay this afternoon, and a 16 mm "electricians" conduit tap went for £8.00 a few

I've just completed a Revell Hunter kit. This provided a couple of firsts for me. It was the first 1/72 aircraft model that I've built since 1985 and it was the first kit that I've built totally Out Of the Box since I were nowt but a lad. (I made the 66 Sqn option)
