What is the correct method to adjust backlash on the above machine. On the Y table it is about 15 thou but on the X its about 60 thou. Any nice person got a copy of the manual?? thanks

Can someone tell me who makes/made the aftermarket decal sheet for the Skyraider. Im talking about the VA176 plane number 409 with the bee on the rear fuselage. It's the same markings that come with the tamiya kit. Is this sheet still available?

I can get my head round optical encoders but how do the cheep Chinese callipers work having taken a few apart to clean it seems to be a line of dots/holes? running at about 45 deg and the markings on the calliper have no affect because on one set I have

Has anyone got plans for a small toolmakers vice to put on my surface grinder. this vice has to have the jaw clamp bolt ...that goes diagonal..........so pulling the jaw down instead of lifting it .
