Can anyone tell me or direct to the following information: On WWI aircraft presumably the rigging/flying wire was different from the control wires. The rigging/flying wire was always? sometimes? usually? aerofoil shaped?

Hasagawa's Ki-100 Koh kit # 09144 ( JT44) shows the color H 66 Sandy Brown used several times including the interior. I know this is a Gunze Sangyo number but does anyone know of a close substitute in a FS number paint or does Model Master have this color in their line?

I need to machine a bearing housing so that the bearing is a "push fit" (it says in the instructions). The bearing is 2.250 inch diameter. What would be the best approach? I don't have an internal micrometer of suitable size, so I was planning to turn up a gauge, but what size

Has anyone ever seen a diorama of Dachau or Auschwitz, maybe the railroads cars at Dachau filled with emaciated corpses, with US soldiers rescuing the still living from the dead? Or maybe even the slaughter of the German guards at Dachau?

I am working on a column for club newsletter on olden times. In solid (wood) era, things were all box stock. First plastics I built were Hawks (now kitted by Testors), and they were 1:48. What were the early Airfix? How about some of the other early plastics?

After my previous posts regarding the scraping of the shears on m Super 7 I have another question :rolleyes: . The bed thickness seems fine but it's just the sides of the shears a mentioned before that are worn(closer to headstock).
