First question.  I have a MPC 1966 Dodge Charger Fastback 1/25 kit.
A Budd Anderson Kit. Number on it is 7-200.
It is what I would call New in the Box. But is not still factory

I have purchased a myford super 7 that requires work(knowing that when
bought) The classic problem of more wear near the chuck than
tailstock.
Now the wear on top of bed (where myford said they grind) is fine. The

some glowing reviews of it and wanted to check out an issue for myself
but the publisher's home page seems to be offline.

A while ago someone was asking here about the best material to make a lathe
toolpost from, but I can't find the thread. Anyone remember what happened,
or have a suggestion for a suitable material?
I am only making one, perhaps two, unlike the OP who iirc was making lots.

Does anyone have any educated guesses about what Tamiya's upcoming
1/35th scale armor kit will be of?  I've heard some very exciting
rumors (e.g., that it's a Char B1), but nothing with any confirmation
whatsoever.  Does anyone know anything more?

Monogram's 1/48 C-47 Kit and Propellers for an AC-4703 Apr 2006 01:11 GMT1
The propellers which are included with the 1/48 Monogram C-47 kit seem
to be the wrong type / shape for an AC-47 during the Vietnam War.  Does
anyone know what type propellers were actually fitted on AC-47's?  Does
anyone make them as an aftermarket add-on?  I'd really hate to

Gentlemen,
I have looked at various Web sites for data on ME threads but cant find any
thing of use, i.e. tapping size, clearance size and range of taps.
The reason for this info is that I have sorted all of my taps out and found

Have had an Elliot sturdimill 1250 for a while now but it has never been
