As a beginner at lathe work I'd appreciate some advice.

have not been able to find any specs on the length of WWI props.
this display prop looks interesting.

Hi Troops:
    Well, I finally received an April Flyer. I think Squadron needs an
editor, On page 2 Roden's 1/48 scale Viper engined SE.5 is listed at
$26.09. On page 5 the same kit is listed at $17.96, $8+ difference.

Has anyone converted their ML7/Super7 from narrow guide to wide guide
on the shears? Any opinions? I'm pondering the change while I have the
saddle down for re-grinding.

I'm building an FGR 2 taking off. I believe exposed edges under lowered
leading edge flaps are red, but what about the air bleed doors on the
fuselage ( both edges and main inner surface ) and the trailing edge
flaps?

My little Bridgeport clone has about 30" of travel on the bed so I can skim
any 4 cylinder head or block easily as those are about 18" long. With a
