| Spray Painting over White | 05 May 2006 14:32 GMT | 6 |
I am newbie police car modeler, and I am going to attempt my first repaint of an entire car. The car is painted all white, and I was wondering how well the finished product would be if I were to paint over the current white paint.

| Attitudes to modelling | 05 May 2006 10:55 GMT | 29 |
I have just put the finishing touches to my RF-4C model. I am about to embark on a major F-4 modelling spree in 1/72, using eleven Hasegawa kits. Before I started, I thought that I would "get my hand in" by building an old Esci kit that has been sat in my Deep Stash for over twenty

| Hasegawa F15 | 05 May 2006 03:13 GMT | 2 |
Did anyone build hasegawa's 1/48 F15 A/C "IDF", #09471? Any obvious flaws I need to keep in mind. PS: and if you did, were you also a bit baffled at the lack of ordnance? There's a table with different loads it can carry, but you

| Paragon Resin Sets | 04 May 2006 18:00 GMT | 2 |
I'm confused about the status of Paragon. From some quarters I'm hearing that they are out of business. Then again, I've seen posts that they are still in business -- sort of. Does anyone know the real story? If they did go out of business, did

| ML7 headstock pulley | 04 May 2006 16:48 GMT | 14 |
I plan to do a Poly-Vee belt conversion on my ML7 but don't particularly want to have to dismantle the headstock every time I want to measure something while | am making the new pulley. So I am on the scrounge for an old ML7 pulley in exchange for a suitable number of

| ptfe saddle modification | 04 May 2006 16:47 GMT | 5 |
I seem to remember recently reading about someone putting thin ptfe/teflon sheet on their saddle with double-sided tape; I fancied having a go at this, but despite trying many search combinations of the relevant words I can't find the blummin' topic thread. I can't believe

| Engineering evening course in Southampton/Winchester area | 04 May 2006 15:16 GMT | 1 |
I've put a couple of notes up about this recently. The current situation is that 6 people have registered but they need a total of 10-16 before the course can run. I think it's fairly typical for these engineering courses: access to the

| F-302 kit? | 04 May 2006 07:45 GMT | 3 |
I see that Superscale have just released a decal sheet for a California ANG F-16. That means I can build the jet that was featured in a recent episode of Stargate SG-1. Does anyone produce a 1/72 kit of the F-302? It would look good sat next to
