ive just bought a 5hp phase converter made by clarke . i aim t run a 3hp motor from this , but my lathes got a 5 pin plug and th converter has a 4 pin socket . is it the neutral i disconect whe wiring a 4 pin plug up ? also , has anyone experience of this converte

The Eurofighter, Rafale, and Gripen are all quite attractive, but IMHO the F-22 Raptor and F-35 JSF look like flying boxes with wings. I don't think they will become coveted modeling subjects (if ever released as a good tooling). Is this the shape of things to come? Any

I'm interested in learning a bit more about the good ol' IC engine and wondered if anyone had some good books they could recommend. I want something that goes into good details with plenty of maths (degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics means that equations don't frighten me)
