I'm looking for a lid of the back coffer (part #24) which is missing in
my Tamiya Fiat 131 Abarth 1/20 scale kit.

Anyone know where I can get a set of resin (or otherwise, I suppose)
wheels for a 1/24 P-51D (Airfix)? Wheel wells would be a real bonus,
but I can scratch build these. I checked Jerry Rutman's site and asked
there, but wanted to check here as well.

What came after the Helldiver?  Did the USA make another  torpedo
plane?

I'm trying to resolve an information conflict on two American
fighters captured by the Germans in WW2.

Other than Hyperscale and the discussion groups on FSM and Scale Auto,
are there any other decent model discussion groups out there?  I have

taken delivery sabel lathe this is fitted with a dewhurst switch at the rear
of headstock, operation is by lever mounted on front of headstock.
Started lathe up Forward o/k but when switched into reverse a blue flash RCD

The question is more or less as per the title :  is there a painless way to
blacken alluminium (6082) which doesn't involve the palaver associated with
anodising (eg acid baths and electric currents).  Ideal would be a solution of
