Leif Ericson spaceship23 Aug 2006 20:48 GMT2
Oh, man.
Just scored a (built) Leif Ericson on eBay.
Ok, actually, the glow-in-the-dark "Interplanetary UFO" version, and
it's missing the shuttle, but what the heck.

Enlarging scale ratios23 Aug 2006 15:36 GMT2
Does anyone know if it is possible to use the parts of a 1/72 boat as
attached to the sprue and bring it to a place like Kinko's to enlarge
it 3 times to 1/24 scale?  This makes it so much more easier than
measure and plot.

The work piece is to big to go under the head and have room for a

F-100 Details22 Aug 2006 01:02 GMT7
I've been reading the Detail and Scale booklet on the F-100 with the idea of
making a F-100D from either the Italeri or ESCI kit.  The book makes a
number of references to "Band-aid reinforcements" on the F-100D but gives no
details.

identity!! They don't stock spares but is there any supplier who might?
Don't have the exact measurements as haven't fully dismantled it yet,
