Filler for model building seams03 Sep 2006 19:34 GMT4
I'm looking for a filler for the seams on plastic model buildings (on
an HO model railroad).  Very narrow seams, maybe half a mm wide.  A bit
too wide for paint to fill them in.  I read posts about using
automotive filler, but it sounded like that worked best for bigger

anyone found a good brick-like color to use????

HSS vs TCT02 Sep 2006 11:24 GMT26
I've just started on Harold Halls 'Lathework - complete course'. I
bought a set of TCT lathe tools from Chronos at the weekend, cos I
didn't really have a proper set. There was a choice between the TCT and
the HSS, but reading another thread here, have I made the wrong choice?
