Not really up on non-metric fasteners. My tool post on the Myford has socket cap screws that look like M6 but aren't - anyone know what they are likely to be? I'll take one with me to my local nut and bolt place, but might be useful to know anyway

Vewing many planes at airshows and museums I have noticed that the yellow warning on the propeller tips is sometimed on just the front and sometimes on both sides. Is there a standard for this? Perhaps the type of plane or the branch of service? Thanks for any info. Pete

We have a condenser tumble dryer, which has a tank that fills with the water from the clothes its dryed. Am I right in thinking this is good water to use in my model steam engines boilers? AFAIKT it must be effectivly distilled water?
