Does anyone know where I could buy a Y-piece (basically a straight 2.5"
diameter pipe with another forking off at 45 degrees) off the shelf, or
is it something I'd have to get made up?
It's for a car exhaust thing I'm working on...

I am in the process of building a driving truck for one of my engines.
It is a single bogie that needs to pivot freely (the other end of the
truck attaches to the locomotive, so it is a sort of "trailer".)

I have recently bought a Myford Super 7; it is in great condition. I
have stripped and reassembled it. My problem is that when I can a cut
in mild steel I end up with ridges in the metal. I have tried varying
the speed of cut, depth, cutter type, height etc to no avail. I have

We now pretty much know what is going to happen with Airfix/Humbrol. But

As I am from Sweden I hope they will survive or at least sell the "Swedish"
