Took home a HERAEUS hardening (type KR 260) furnace for 100 EUR.
Inside dimensions: 260 * 150 * 450 mm.
Type-plate says 20 Amps.
Only problem is, one of the heating elements is burnt.

F-4 "what if" suggestion wanted10 Dec 2006 04:28 GMT27
I'm going to be away from home for a month as from next Thursday, so I
intended to get all my projects finished before then. Unfortunately, the MPM
Meteor was such a fun build that I finished it way ahead of schedule. Now I
have nothing to build! I spent today replacing the pitot ...

PHX Hobby Lobby report-10 Dec 2006 03:24 GMT3
Store is actually in Avondale or Goodyear, out on the west side of town.
Printed out and used my 40% off coupon- scored a Hasegawa 1/32 FW190A-8 for
$30. Place really doesn't have a great selection of kits. One gripe- they
don't have price scanners. My wife was trying to get some ...
Neat little find at K-Mart10 Dec 2006 03:22 GMT3
I found some of the micro size slide release bar clamps on sale - pack of
two for about $7.  I've never noticed them in the store before, just the
full size carpenter's models.  These are comparable to what you order from
Micromark and other hobby catalogues.  About a 5" x 1" ...

ebay page width09 Dec 2006 23:34 GMT2
Is it just me, or has ebay changed its page width slightly in the last
few days. If I look at any specific item it is exactly the correct
width to fill the screen, but if I look at a search list or one of
their specific category lists, it is just slightly too wide - maybe
