I'm trying to find 3mm Festo tubing fittings of the push-in style, for
flexible tubing. In particular, a cap.
I've already tried Great Northern Hobbies, but they keep messing up my
order.

Hi all, a Hotmail disaster seems to have wiped out much of the fine
advice I received about the VFD for the Myford. I need to get one
working for the Bridgeport now and can't remember (or find) any info on
what speed pot I need. I can't seem to access the VFD spec on the RS

I need to cut quite a few gears of 1.25 module  now I understand that myford
7 gears are 20 dp which = 1.27 module would I be able to  hob these down to
1.25 using a 1.25 hob and the gear on a free running spindle
hob on a vertical mill with head off set by hob pitch angle

Could any wise member of this group help me with drilling perfectly conical
holes (with a point at the bottom) as I'm having a spot of difficulty.  I've
recently bought some carbide spotting drills but they tend to leave a flat

Spured on by a post in the Chaski forums I thought I would ask a question.
Does anyone use the oil only socks or pads in their coolent tanks to soak
up oil from the cutting oil/coolent tanks.
I was wondering if the oil only stuff absorbs the cutting oil as well as

I'd like to mould some "plastic" parts - essentially a cubiod about 55mm x
30mm x 45mm which will contain some batteries.
It need to be black, adhere to some existing plastic (ABS at a guess) and
hard when set.
