| (ARM) Trumpeter SAM 6 and KV 2 | 22 Jan 2007 17:02 GMT | 8 |
I just got the Trumpeter SAM 6, and KV 2 AFV kit's and am quite impressed with the quality of them. I mean almost the same quality (appearance wise) as the DML kit's, at almost half the price.

I am looking to get a new plastic model classic sailing ship to put together in my spare time (which I have a lot of at the moment). From an online shop preferably in Australia would be good, but overseas is OK too providing they can ship to Australia.

| Zip Kicker Woes | 21 Jan 2007 17:50 GMT | 15 |
First use of Zip Kicker accelerator last night brought much anguish. Big tip to all: don't use on painted surfaces. My AZUR I-16 Type 10 in 1/32 scale was completely painted: finished! Paints used was a combination of Model Master and Floquil.

I recently was given a old Warco Milling machine in fantastic condition. I installed this into my workshop, (alongside my Myford super 7) plugged it in, switched on, and pludged the garage into darkness! The RCD tripped.

| Kit or home made vehicles, Question on? | 21 Jan 2007 02:37 GMT | 15 |
This is of a pure interest only at present. The government run a Single Vehicle Approval scheme that any and all kit cars that intend to be operated on the road must meet and be inspected against.
