OT but useful advice usually found here! Diesel Ford Transit fuel filler cap lock gets really difficult to turn key. I've tried cleaning with spirit, WD 40, blowing through with air line. I'm worried that the key might shear in the lock. Any advice would

I bought an Alumilite kit years ago but never got around to trying it. Lost a small part from a kit that lent itself to onesided casting so decided to copy the undamaged one. Q1. Is there a shelf life on this stuff? Unopened, opened?

Why is this? I have some models that have both Japanese and English instruction booklets, and the Japanese one has more isometric details that the English. It is also in colour! Are Japanese more engineering inclined than us English speaking? I hope
