I have been having a very hard time trying to get excess putty off after
it has dried. I am using it to fill seams.
I have been using the following grit sandpaper:

If I sell a stationary engine on eBAY comlpete with steam plant as a private
sale,  am I liable for the failure of the boiler and consequences?
I thought about simply tossing the safety valve so it can only be brought
back into service by the buyer fitting an new safety valve?

Building a 1/72 DH Mosquito, and want to include under-wing rockets.
Having trouble finding a reliable color reference for these.  Anyone
know of one?  I know it involves a couple of different colors, but

Hi, I need to make a dozen items from one original, Only need decent front
and sides of an ammo box 10mm across, no undercuts, so impressing into a
substance or pouring something around it but not over it total, then pouring
in a casting liquid should suffice.

   I belive that's what I'll go for. I am in the process of making a series
of 1:32 scale P-47's from Revell, and am converting one into an "N". But no
decals are available for this, so it has to be looking at others.

Whats the best way to control this?.I have a ''back room'' in my

I'm building Revell's 1/144 E-2C Hawkeye and want to finish it in
French Aeronavale colors.
The instructions indicate Revell's Hellgrau 76 but I can't find a
cross-reference for this color to Humbrol or any other paint line.

I have a large ST 504 boiler I'm in the process of tidying. Inside the side
plates there's a 1/8" sheet of light-grey/off-white heat insulation. Is this
likely to contain anything I shouldn't be giving house room to?  The stuff
looks like original fitting and the boiler appears ...
