Greetings- I have just finished a gear hobbing attachment for my non
universal horizontal mill. The arbor is driven by a gear train, and I had to
fabricate a small table to obtain the lead angle offset of 1.7 degrees.
I am using a 16 DP, 14-1/2 PA hob with straight rows of teeth. ...

Got some sheets with nice alternatives on them.
Tried the leave it in the sun thing with other decals with no or very modest
success. Is that still the only formula or is another possible.
Hmm maybe scan remove the yellow and reprint?

Hi, I have an etch brass ships decking area approx 65mm x 15mm tapering to a
point and need to affix it to the ships smooth styrene plastic decking.
Brass is half etched 6 thou so is mostly 3thou now with some raised detail
(hatches etc )

reference to Iraq was made in regards to where its been used.

Suprisingly I don't actually want to make my own twist
drills -- after all they don't cost that much, but  am
curious to klnow how small twist drilss (say #60) are fluted.

I'm looking for a "tube" type sight glass capable of handling 600 psi (maybe
up to 50 C). No problem finding the "disk" type, or flat glass with the
rating, but I'd prefer a tube. Just the glass would do as we could make the
end fittings. Have any of you guys come across any good ...

Does anyone know where I might get a hydraulic hand pump suitable for
use with water and capable of supplying a pressure of 200 bar?
Preferably one which isn't exorbitantly expensive either. I know
Rothenberger make this type of pump, but as far as I can see their
