A project requires me to produce a ball and socket joint but I am stuggling
as to how I go about produce the socket... (Ball diameter is 150mm to give
you an idea of size)
Is there a tool that you can you use to cut an internal radius on a lathe?

Looked at their website yesterday.  "Hard copies" are no more.  Plug
has been pulled.

I've got a 1.2mm drill snapped off in some brass, is there any way
dissolving it out?  I thinkI remember something about Alum.

I want to buy a good quality bench grinder. I've tried (and returned t
the shop) a couple of chinese efforts, both of which were so out o
balance as to be unusable. So, recommendations anyone?

I'm planning to buy a mini lathe. Although I appreciate the points often
made about used Myfords etc, I'm *very* tight on space. I may also get a
similar sized mill - having read comments here and elsewhere about the
limitations of combined machines I'm going for two separate ...

My wife has a brother who flew B-29's in the Pacific. I recently went to

paint and complete which would represent her brother in his uniform. Not
