After years of faithful service the X scale on my mill has stopped counting. I've swapped the X and Y connections on the read out and it is the scale that is faulty. I think one of the quadrature outputs is not working as the display just flickers from 0.00 to 0.01mm as the table ...

The rear idler wheel axle on my Italeari Panther had broken off. I couldn't even get the new replacement axle to glue on without breaking that off too. Any good ideas how to reinforce it so that it will stay in place while I wrap the track around it? Its exactly the same mirror
