How easy is it to replace these gears? Also, where can I get them from? I

Now after recovering from two years of  hand surgery, I am wondering
where and when the meeting times for modeling clubs are in Baltimore
Washington and Northern VA.
I suspect  the severe thunderstorm pouncing on me will keep me from

French WW2 aircraft paints?10 Jun 2008 15:50 GMT19
After nearly two years hiatus, I have space to build again. Hoorah!!!
I rashly bought a Pegasus 1:72 Arsenal VG33 to build, and while it
looks nice and easy, I find terrific difficulty in locating
paints.
Iron casting10 Jun 2008 15:48 GMT6
I am planning to make my own furnace for Iron Casting (as well as ali, brass
etc.). I have seen various sites around that suggest I can use Waste Engine
Oil to fire it, so this is what I intend to do (make very cheap
castings...). I have some old machines (a reasonable size ...
Trumpeter just ain't Tamiya10 Jun 2008 14:52 GMT4
Been working on the 1/32 F4-F by Trumpeter. Sure, it's the only kit in this
scale worth talking about, but the fit and detail just don't match up to
Tamiya, nor does the engineering. Those "working" wings are a joke. I
decided to model them extended, and the fit of the joints is ...

Now I've seen it all09 Jun 2008 21:54 GMT7
Living in a fairly remote area (nearest neighbour 1/2 mile or so) we
have a system of drive alarms to say if someone's on the premises. For
the last couple of weeks it's gone off at about 6 am - no real problem
as I'm usually awake anyway, but having ensured no one was there I was
Xtrakit 1/72 Sea Vixen - First Look09 Jun 2008 17:43 GMT24
My Sea Vixens arrived this morning.  Wooohoooooooooooooooo!
I'm pleased.  Can you tell?  This is my pleased face!  :-D
So what is it like?  Well on first impressions, it is a bit like the
curate's egg. Parts of it are excellent. Other parts are not so good.  And
Need advice on rebuilding drill press09 Jun 2008 13:32 GMT10
I bought this Rexon  drill press at a reasonable price but it needs
some serious work  - I think it may well be the most abused drill
press in the whole world !! ( but its a stout one so it is worth my
while to rebuild it) Considering the shocking state of the table and
Dang...I won one...09 Jun 2008 13:22 GMT18

tickets or I'd draw my own name...but they did...and I did...
...and I walked away with a 1/48 Eduard F6F-3 Hellcat.

then lubricate both ends of all of the pivots. (I have watch oil). I
have made a "Hand Puller" but the hand does not shift. What am I doing

There was I minding my own business when I was buzzed by a Spitfire

off from a grass strip just up the road (Spillstead farm) and I was
