I vaguely recall having read that when the Hawker Typhoon cage type
canopy was cut down and replaced with a bubble canopy the same type
bubble canopy was also used to convert the Thunderbolt.  Is this
correct?  If so it will be worth my while to do the same to the old

So...   I'm just about to put the finishing touches to my Tamiya FW-190D.  I
have to put five assemblies on it - propellor and spinner (I solved the
spiral problem), windscreen, canopy and two flap assemblies.  Fifteen
minutes work, tops.

I've a steam engine which appears to be made of early 20th Century (pre-
1910) pocket watch parts,   the governor is driven off the flywheel axle by
a couple of bevel gears and one is missing, I'd like to source another.
Most of the screws appear to be pocket watch / clock screws ...
