Bandsaw welder in MEW #4118 Feb 2009 13:24 GMT2
I friend of mine bought the plan set for the bandsaw-welder that was
published in MEW starting at something around #39-ish.
Now the problem is, that there is an error in the wiring-diagram and the
correction seemed to happen in MEW #41.

I have a 3 phase motor picked up on flea bay with no markings or ratings
on it whatsoever.
It is TEFC 100 frame size aluminium clad foot mounted and the body is
220mm long excluding the fan. It is a 6 pole machine (950 ish rpm on 50Hz)

Does anybody here know the specification for the drive belt on the
Microlux Drill Press?  My belt exploded and Micro Mark wants $8.50 for
a new one (reasonable), but they also want $8.95 to ship it to me
(very unreasonable).  This belt could be put in an envelope and

Anyone experience of the Analim 3000M CNC control ? Is it a good 'un
or a pain in the neck? I'm looking at a CNC mill equipped with one but
