Pmsl.. He's put the price of his his shitty old monitor down from £300 notes to £1. He must be getting really desperate to pay the £37k legal debt that he ran up trying to defraud ISPs.

| Benches for small lathes | 03 Mar 2009 00:38 GMT | 1 |
I have been restoring a 4" centre height Lorch-Schmidt lathe taking 20mm collets. It's now reached the stage when it needs a bench and drive system. The main drive from countershaft to the lathe is a flat leather belt and I have been planning to drive the countershaft from a

| Plea to kit manufacturers | 01 Mar 2009 22:55 GMT | 19 |
I wish kit manufacturers would NOT design kits so that one must mount tailwheel assembly BEFORE gluing fuselage halfs together. One must then mask off the tailwheel assembly AND the fuselage interior in that area. This can be a real pain.

| Old Aurora Iwo Jima Flag Raising Kit - Was It Ever Reissued ? | 01 Mar 2009 18:04 GMT | 2 |
I know I built it once, with the figures with gaps large enough to drive through. Even hand painted the flag with gloss paints ! them were the days when modeling was fun and carefree....... I digress. Was this kit ever repopped? Sounds like a job for Moebius.

| 3 phase - the ultimate irony! | 01 Mar 2009 12:58 GMT | 8 |
Tuesday last week EDF were supposed to overhead cable a three phase supply to my workshop and come back on Thursday to fit the meter. Tuesday brought 12 contractors from 'Freedom', and 9 vehicles including a low loader with excavator as they'd decided to replace the
